Tender description
Scottish Enterprise has a requirement to appoint 1 supplier through an open tender process to provide a Food and Drink Innovation Insights Service. The contract will be for a 3 year period with Scottish Enterprise reviewing the contract after an 18 month period and may decide to terminate the contract if objectives and outcomes are not being achieved. SE is seeking an operator that can offer the range of skills required to effectively provide two key activities: F&D Innovation Insights Innovation Partnership Marketing & Communication.
