The Provision of Window Cleaning and Other Glazing Services in Residential Housing Blocks

Window cleaning services. Efficient, cost effective and comprehensive cleaning services to communal windows and other glazing on housing estates. The service comprises of the cleaning of both sides of all external communal glass at basement and ground floor level to blocks up to a height of 5 metres or first floor level. This includes; glazed entrance doors, internal partition glass and all internal faces of communal glass with an exterior face above a height of 5 metres from ground floor level. This does not include windows within individual dwellings other than Sheltered Accommodation. In Sheltered Accommodation the services include the cleaning of all glazed surfaces internally and externally of all residents properties within. All of the above is cleaned twice per year. . The contract is for a fixed term of five years with a possible mutually agreed extension of up to two years.
