Tender description
The NLS is looking to appoint suitable qualified specialist M&E Contractors to maintain the mechanical and electrical systems and building fabric of its 3 laboratory sites. The Framework is split into 3 lots, each individual lot being specific to one NLS site. Suppliers can bid for single or multiple Lots and be awarded a Contract for 1 or more Lots. The Contract/s will be awarded for an initial period of 2 years with the Environment Agency retaining the option to subsequently renew, year on year, subject to performance, price and ongoing need up to a maximum period of 4 years.
