Tender description
The London Borough of Lambeth has recently commenced an ambitious estate regeneration programme to improve the quality and quantity of housing across the Borough. The Council now wishes to procure development management teams to assist the Council to take forward the regeneration of the 2 largest estates in the programme: Central Hill and Fenwick.
