Tender description

Tender for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture at New Grade A Office Accommodation (T1643) Belfast City Council has commissioned the construction of a new Grade A office building to be located at 9-21 Adelaide Street behind the City Hall in Belfast. The 100 000 ft² building is due to be completed in November 2016 and up to 700 staff will then take occupancy on a phased basis with all staff decanted into the building by end of March 2017. To coincide with the opening of the new building BCC wish to acquire furniture through a tendering process for open plan offices, formal and informal meeting rooms and ‘soft’ areas. — Lot 1 — T1643(A) Office furniture to include desk, desk task chairs, pedestals and storage units. Furniture mainly required for floors 2-8 (ITT Ref 31165). — Lot 2 — T1643(B) Meeting and Training room tables and chairs — furniture mainly required for floor 1 plus enclosed rooms on floors 2-8 (ITT Ref 31166). — Lot 3 — T1643(C) Casual tables and chairs and Tea point tables and chairs — furniture required on all floors (ITT Ref 31177).
