Fusion21 will be seeking applications for it's Lifts Framework. This is a PIN Notice and final lotting structure may change following any discussions / representations made during the pre-market consultation process. Options for both Planned Preventative Maintenance with call-outs and fully comprehensive servicing. Under this Lot lifts from different clients will be managed collectively by Fusion21's nominated consultant on a fully comprehensive basis. With a view to leveraging economies of scale, all call-offs will have homogeneous contract terms, standards, KPI's, specification, management and reporting. The successful supply partner will be expected to undertake joint marketing with Fusion21 and offer a fast-track sign up and on-boarding process. Work required includes the installation, refurbishment and upgrading of passenger and goods lifts. Including but not limited to: Stairlifts, step lifts, platform lifts and hoists. Consultancy, expert advice, dilapidation's, audits, managing agent, web portal etc.
