Tender description

This is a PIN Notice alerting potential bidders to a tender for a Housing Management Service which the Council intends to issue in late March 2016. This will be for a range of housing and accommodation services to tenants and leaseholders of property owned by Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council primarily in the Ellesmere Port and Neston area. It is expected that the successful bidder will be required to provide a range of services and capital delivery projects over a possible 10 year lifetime of the contract such as but not limited to: — repairs and maintenance services, — extensive and inclusive housing management services, — management and implementation of the capital works programme and a range of wider housing sector-related projects. The CPV code used in the PIN is not exclusive — an expanded number of CPV codes will be included in the formal contract notice. See ‘Short Description’.
