Client Caseload Information System and Integrated Youth Support Activity Module

Tender description

The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Provision of a Client Caseload Information System and Integrated Youth Support Activity Module in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”). The Contract will commence on 1st April 2016 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31st March 2017. At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance, the Contract Period may be extended by up to twelve (12) months in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Contract Period to 31st March 2018. The maximum budget available for the Contract is £45,000 per annum. Those submitting a Tender shall be required to perform all requirements of the Contract within this maximum budget. However, Tenders shall be judged on value for money and the Contract may be awarded to an organisation submitting a lower priced Tender where quality of service is guaranteed. As part of their Tender organisations are required to complete a Minimum Standards Questionnaire containing grounds for mandatory and discretionary exclusion of the organisation from consideration for the Contract, together with information about their economic and financial standing, technical and professional ability and insurance. This information will be assessed by the Authority to establish that organisations are financially viable and technically capable of undertaking the Contract. Award of the Contract shall be made in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria of Price 70% and Quality 30% as more fully described in the Tender Documents. Keywords: Database
