The Office of the Attorney General invites you to tender for the internal cleaning of the Offices at Government Buildings (North Block), Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2. The contract will be for a two year period. The contract will be awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender applying the following award criteria listed in order of priority: 1. Ability to deliver the minimum service as specified in section 2 of this document 2. Cost of proposal 3. Ability to deliver a quality service with specific emphasis on performance at similar reference sites 4. Proposed staffing levels including supervision 5.Monitoring and liaising arrangements with office
