Framework Agreement for Timber Preservation and Dampness Remedial Works in Falkirk Council Housing Properties. Carrying out the Survey and inspection of affected properties, including the provision of specifications of works and estimated quotes for required remedial repairs, incorporating programmes of work with start and completion dates. This includes the treatment, repair and renewal of areas affected by dampness, water penetration, decay, condensation, insect damage and wood rot. Associated Remedial works including electrical, plumbing and central heating works.
