Tender description
Broxbourne Borough Council would like to appoint a consultant to carry out a Retail Impact Study to inform the Broxbourne Local Plan. The Local Plan will contain strategic policies and site allocations for the Borough for the period to 2031. This Study will be a response to the recommendations of the Broxbourne Retail Study 2015 and the Broxbourne Local Plan Development Framework which set out the broad levels of retail growth currently being planned for within the Borough
