Tender description

This request for tenders (‘RFT’) relates to the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement (‘framework agreement’) with a panel of at least 3 framework members and up to a maximum of 5 members, with expertise in forensic accounting and computer forensics to assist the Authority in the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of hardcopy and electronically stored information (‘e-data’) in a forensically sound and secure manner which ensures the integrity of the e-data and that no data is lost or overlooked. Any framework agreement that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of 3 years (‘the Term’). The Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 1 such extension. The Authority intends to use the framework for the procurement of requirements falling within its scope during the specified period; however it reserves the right to go outside the framework for the procurement of any requirement without reference to the framework members. The Authority are advertising this RFT in the Official Journal of the EU, which is a requirement for similar tenders with an estimated value in excess of 209 000 EUR. However, tenderers must understand that this is an estimate only and that the Authority gives no guarantee that it will procure any services from the appointed firms.
