Tender description
Dublin City Council wishes to establish A Multi Operator Framework Agreement for Operation of Up skilling Workshops/Modules. We invite applicants to suggest a minimum of 20 topics with brief indicative content. Topics must be relevant to Owner Mangers of SMEs but can cover any topic. Each module will last 4 hours with approx 20 participants. They will be held up to 20 times a year.
