Tender description
The purpose of the contract is to allow Flintshire County Council (the Council) to establish an Agreement under which a number of Service Providers will operate, who are fully capable of providing safe, high quality, responsive and cost effective passenger transport services. The agreement will be set up using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). A DPS is a completely electronic process which is set up for the purchase of common goods, works or services. A DPS is a two stage process; during the first stage interested suppliers must meet The Council's selection criteria (PQQ) in order to be admitted onto the DPS. Individual contracts are awarded during the second stage of the process. In stage two; The Council will invite all suppliers successfully admitted onto specific lots on the DPS to bid for contracts in mini-competitions.
