Supplier Engagement relating to the provisioning of Business Change Partner(s)

Tender description

The Council has identified a strategic requirement for work with a Change Partner or Partners. This will include an array of professional services which relate to: business analysis, business process re-engineering, technical project management and system integration skills. This list is not exhaustive and represents the minimum level of support believed to be required to successfully deliver the potential changes and / or saving benefits anticipated by the Council. The aim of this advert is to engage with Providers to gain realistic and practical information relating to the capability of the market to drive Business Change within a public sector organisation. This will enable Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC) to consider the issues relating to the procurement, contract implementation and the successful delivery of the required services.
