Tender description
As part of the commissioning process for the running of a Debt and Benefits Service for the Sheffield’s Working programme, Sheffield City Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise. The aim of the exercise is to inform the longer term arrangements for running this service. Sheffield City Council is seeking expressions of interest from any organisations wishing to become involved in the provision of a Debt and Benefits Service for the Sheffield’s Working Programme. This is not a formal tender process and will not result in the letting of a contract. Rather, the Council is testing the market to ascertain whether there is sufficient interest to warrant a more formal tender process in future. Dependent upon the outcome of this market test the Council will decide how to secure the longer term future delivery of the service. This may or may not be through a formal tender and contract.
