Tender description
Homes in Sedgemoor (HIS) are responsible for the maintenance of local authority housing in the District of Sedgemoor within Somerset. The safety of residents is an important function in relation to prevention and early rectification of maintenance issues and this is ensured by annual testing of equipment within residents homes and communal properties. Testing of the following main services is required: Gas auditing, Electrical testing, fire safety and legionella testing. Tenders may submit bids for all lots or a minimum of 1 lot but they must be able to provide all of the requirements of the lot that they tender for.
