The SPS has a requirement for the provision of Control & Restraint Equipment. The SPS has a requirement for the provision of Control & Restraint Equipment. The goods are used to equip the Incident Command Team (ICT) and other relevant members of staff in dealing with prisoner riots and any other incidents that require the attention of the ICT team within establishments.
