Dublin City Council invites tenders for participation in a framework agreement for the design and development of small to medium sized Software Applications. It is also envisaged that this framework will be used as required by the 3 remaining Dublin authorities, those being Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
