Highways Maintenance Services 2017 The Highways Maintenance Services 2017 contract will be covering the provision of routine and planned maintenance of highways, gully emptying, road marking, the construction of crossovers, minor works to highway structures, out of hours highway emergency call out works and winter maintenance works. Minor Civil Engineering Works 2017 The Minor Civil Engineering Works 2017 contract will be covering a wide variety of footway and carriageway works arising from improvements to be made to the highway network.
