Tender description

The Department of Molecular Neuroscience and the Institute of Neurology wish to purchase an exome sequencing service, as fully described in Schedule 4 of this tender. The budget for this tender is 220K for the core spec in Schedule 4 (excluding VAT) based on 2000 samples. Bidders are required to provide an exome price per unit of between £190 and £250. Suppliers that provide tender responses above this budget limited will have their offers rejected. The budget for Option A is 280K (excluding VAT) for a further 3000 samples - the provisional budget this option has not been finalised. Therefore bidders are expected to quote for these options but be aware they may not be awarded due to lack of funds.
