Tender description

The Council wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Contract for the provision of Highways Structures Maintenance Major Works within the Council's remit. The contract will be the NEC3 Framework Contract April 2013 and is for a 3 year period commencing June 2017 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The aim is to create agreements with a number of contractors who can then be asked provide competitive tenders/quotations for individual work packages. The basis of this tender will be the submission of all-in labour rates, along with required uplifts on materials, plant and sub-contract works that can be evaluated and compared between tenderers. There are 2 lots with work package values of 25 000 GBP to 164 999 GBP and 165 000 GBP and above. This framework can also be used by South Gloucestershire Council and North Somerset Council.
