OSi awards contract for project management expertise to support the OSi project team in the execution of the Commerce Replacement, Integration and Supply Platform (CRISP) project. For the purpose of understanding the nature of the Agile Project Coaching and Support, the project to which this role applies can be summarized as follows 1. OSi intends to appoint a Systems Integrator to mitigate a key business risk by way of the development and deployment of COTS-based replacements for their existing, heavily bespoke and end-of-life (EOL) Commerce and Supply capabilities including integration with back end financial system and data stores. 2. Given the maturity of solutions in the market place offering an online Commerce capability, OSi expects the CRISP Tenderer to propose an economical replacement system to act as a Commerce Platform that will either be COTS- based/On-premise, COTS-based/Hosted or fully Software-as-a-Service OSi is seeking Agile project expertise to support the business users in working with the new Delivery Team. • Support and coach the OSI staff involved in the project • Assist OSi’s project governance team in understanding how the Agile approach is achieving the business goals in order to support future decision making.
