Tender description

Sheffield City Council’s (SCC) CYPF portfolio exchanges data and information in relation to students and vulnerable young people with a number of internal and external partners, including schools, academies, the NHS and other providers of services. In exchanging this data and information the service and its partners have a duty of care to ensure that only relevant information is exchanged and that the information is not accessed inappropriately. A system is required that will allow SCC and its partners to: • Efficiently transfer electronic files between CYPF and partners; • Remove the need to transfer paper copies of documents and the costs involved in ensuring their safe transfer; • Reduce the opportunity for inappropriate and / or unauthorised access to information; Keywords: Data, Secure, Exchange
