Tender description

The Central Bank of Ireland (CBoI) is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply and installation of Loose Furniture and Fittings for the new Central Bank of Ireland new headquarters office, located on North Wall Quay (NWQ), Dublin 1, and other Central Bank of Ireland Buildings for the furniture noted in section 1.3) of this SAQ. The North Wall Quay CBoI office when complete will accommodate the current employees with provision for future expansion over the 37 000 m² (including double basement) office. The CBoI anticipates that the property, when completed, will achieve, as a minimum, a BREEAM excellent rating via the provision of appropriate sustainability solutions utilising a mixed mode ventilation strategy and will be fitted out to a quality specification. Collaboration area furniture, restaurant seating, break-out space furniture and storage furniture, including but not limited to collaboration style meeting tables, chairs and sofas, canteen tables, chairs and stools, break-out space tables, chairs and stools, high tables, coffee tables, soft furnishings such lounge seating, sofas, arm chairs and occasional stools. Executive furniture such as desking, meeting tables, storage units, credenzas, bookshelves, training room furniture to include desks, tables and chairs, chairs with writing tablet, cabinets, desk lamps and standing lamps.
