Tender description
Jubilee Primary School (JPS Maidstone) is a refurbished circa 1970s building that was bought by the Trust in 2014 (funding provided by the EFA). There have now been three phases of work at JPS and we are currently procuring the Phase Four works. These works will entail Demolition, Remodelling, Façade Repair, Playground Works and New Lift Installation and will be circa £550,000 in value. Works are to be undertaken in an occupied building and any contractor / operative working during term time will require a full DBS Enhanced Check prior to being permitted on site to comply with the school's safeguarding policies.
