Tender description

Gas oils, Fuel oils, Petroleum oils. Oils storage tanks. Storage and Warehousing services. Waste analysis services. Refuse and waste related services. Road transport services. The purpose of this Prior Information Note is (a) to give potential tenderers advance notice that HM Revenue and customs intend to undertake a tendering exercise for supplier(s) to provide Haulage, storage and disposal of Oils. And (b) to advise potential tenderers of a potential Supplier event to be held in Manchester on 6/7.12.2016. This contract is for the support of HMRC Fraud Investigation Service staff. The duties, which may be required in any area of the mainland UK or Northern Ireland (although consideration is being given to regional lots) shall involve the timely collection, evaluation, storage and potentially the sale of any assets identified as being used in the illicit fuels activity and seized by HMRC operational staff. This may mostly involve vehicle and oils of varying specification but may also include a wide variety of assets.
