Tender description

The Programme envisages the phasing of planned works involving the delivery of capital works and responsive Repairs and Maintenance support service and shall be subject to Bolton at Home Limited terms and conditions. The R&M will require targeted, day to day appointed work (including roofing works) during peak demands only; and void property work during peak demands only. Scope of works will be to external structures and internal work and potentially associated infrastructure and/or environmental work, which may include (this list is not limited to): Carpentry and Joinery Services; Brickwork and Masonry Services; Concrete Work; Plastering; DPC related work; Floor and wall finishes; General Plumbing work; General Electrical work; Fencing and gate repairs; Framework welding and fabrication; Glazing repairs UPVC window renewal/repair; Roofing works. The Framework period will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to an additional (2 no.) 1 year extensions, to give a further 2 years. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of Contract. The result of this tender may not be exclusive to one supplier and Bolton at Home reserves the right to place orders with more than one approved successful tenderer for the above said items or work required. The appointment to the framework is not a guarantee of work and Bolton at Home Limited will retain the sole discretion to award each call-off for competition to the organisation. Bolton at Home Limited cannot guarantee to call off any specific quantities/work during the Framework period. Bolton at Home, reserves the right to re-allocate work if agreed timescales for the work to be undertaken are not adhered to.
