Tender description

The scope of the contract covers the hosting, maintenance and enhancement of the EBA website and its Web content management system (WCMS). The contractor will be required to provide website services for the hosting and maintenance of the EBA's main website www.eba.europa.eu and its other websites (extranet) for up to 4 years. The contractor will be required to provide website services for the enhancement of the EBA's main website www.eba.europa.eu and its other websites (extranet). The scope and volume of these enhancements will depend on the needs of the EBA. In general, enhancements are expected to reflect the need to facilitate Web navigation and information retrieval for the users of the EBA website and adaptation of the website of the EBA to the latest technological developments in digital communications.
