Upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 2015

Tender description

The provision of an upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 2009 to Microsoft Dynamcis 2015 to include an integarated purchase order system plus 5 additional concurrent licences and migration to an external hosting environment. Tenderers must provide a daily rate for ongoing customisations to the existing software and provide the annual software, maintenance and hosting costs of the upgraded system. Tenderers will be required to upgrade the current software of the Marine Institute to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics on a hosted/cloud environment to enable purchase requisitions be entered directly on Navision via a web client user. As part of the upgrade there will be some customisations to software required and we will need to purchase 5 additional concurrent licences. Tenders will also be required to provide a support and maintenance contract to the Marine Institute for the duration of the contract which is 36 months.
