Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a long term concession agreement with a suitably qualified operator to manage, operate and maintain its leisure, entertainment and golf facilities, and deliver an exciting range of programmes and activities to promote participation and well-being. The Authority seeks an experienced and innovative partner who can protect and enhance the City's leisure offer, increase footfall and income generation, and reduce operating costs across the facilities. Lot 1 — The Sands Centre, the Pools Swimming and Health Centre, Bitts Park Tennis and Recreation Centre, Sheepmount Athletics Stadium and Facility based Sports Development. Lot 2 — Stony Holme Golf Course and the Swifts Driving Range. The concession will include scope to extend to future leisure developments in the City.
