Tender description

The Higher Education Authority is recruiting a Chief Executive to replace Mr. Tom Boland who retired at the end of July 2016. An interim CEO was appointed by the Board in July. Dr Anne Looney will serve as interim CEO until the end of January 2017 when she will take a new appointment in the higher education sector. It is accordingly an essential requirement that a recommendation be presented to the Board before the year end, our objective is to have the recommended candidate presented to the Board at a meeting to be scheduled in December 2016. You are requested to make a proposal designed to assist the Authority, and its Chairman, Michael Horgan with the recruitment process of a new Chief Executive.
