Newport City Homes are looking to put in place a Contractors framework to deliver a number of works. This is a Prior Information Notice and there are no tender documents to download or submit at this stage. It is intended that the framework will be split across a number of Lots and bands. Please note this is only a proposal and the final structure of the framework is yet to be finalised. The bands and numbers of lots stated in this PIN is not final or indicative of the actual framework and the organisation reserves the right in its discretion to amend this at any time prior to the final contract notice being published. External wall insulation. All works required in line with windows and doors. All electrical works as required. Heating and plumbing as required. Kitchen and bathroom works as required. All internal works as required. All environmental works including but not inclusive of boundary walls, fencing, paving, tarmac drainage. This lot will encompass all the requirements of lots 1 to 8 in 1 for inclusive works. All roof works as required.
