Tender description

The Contracting Authority recently awarded the National Public Sector Workplace Supplies and Services framework. The supply of office stationery and associated supplies was to have constituted Lot 2 of this framework but the requirement was withdrawn and is now being retendered. The Contracting Authority wishes 2 / 6 to establish a framework agreement for the provision of office stationery supplies and associated supplies through a single Lot. The framework is let on behalf of the Dartford Borough Council but will also be open for use by all other public sector contracting authorities (and any future successors to these organisations),(as defined in Part 1, General, 2 (1) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015) or their agents. The quantity and value of the framework will be determined by the up-take from end users of the framework across the public sector. Initial estimates consider a value range of between 2 500 000 GBP and 35 000 000 GBP over the full 4 year term. It is anticipated that up to two suppliers will be awarded a place on the framework.
