Tender description
The Sheffield City Region (SCR) is seeking to refresh its existing Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) to clearly articulate its vision for growth, grounded in robust evidence on the area’s economic performance. A commissioning document, the SEP will clearly identify the quantified outcomes or ‘conditional outputs’ that the SCR is seeking to realise. This will then be used as the basis for an associated investment plan that will identify priority programmes and projects to deliver these outcomes. The SCR requires a suitably qualified organisation to help it undertake the SEP refresh. The organisation would be retained for 3 years to help with future refreshes/updates.
