An advanced 3D free form bending system is required to be set up in AMMC2 .The system needs to work well with excellent integration for the different pieces of equipment. Additionally the equipment must be versatile enough to be configured for research and development applications,with the possibility to modify the operation process during R&D. It is required that the supplier provides a complete solution with a turn-key supply of the system according to our purpose. The supplier shall provide a complete package, including any necessary design, manufacture, supply and documentation in paper and electronic formats. The supplier shall be responsible for all equipment sand services supplied,including sub- contract purchases. A fully itemized quotation shall be provided. Lead times must be stated within the quotation and broken down into milestones. When equipment which exceeds this specification can be offered, the Supplier should provide a quotation for this as an additional cost option. This will not be evaluated for the award of the contract.
