Tender description

The Authority is looking for a Joint Venture Partner for its executive agency Fera, the Food and Environment Research Agency (Fera). This project aims to enable the Authority to partner with one or more organisations outside government to enable a Joint Venture. The Authority will vest some of the existing Fera Business into a newly incorporated company (NewCo) limited by shares.
