Tender description

Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across five estates as detailed in tender documentation. As part of the works, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out various electrical upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms. The contract will also include conducting Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) and installing Heat Detectors and CO2 Detectors. The Contract will be operated on a “Supply and Install” basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
