Procurement opportunity for the Scheme Cleaning of internal communal areas for Spectrum Housing Group’s social housing and market rent schemes. The tender is based on regional lots, with bidders able to apply for one or more of the advertised regions. Lot 1: South Wessex (North Dorset, West Dorset, Purbeck, Blandford) Lot 2: Hampshire Lot 3: Devon Lot 4: 3 Counties (Wiltshire, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and East Dorset) Lot 5: Isle of Wight Bidders should note that Spectrum Housing Group and Sovereign Housing Association are exploring the merits of a potential merger. Bidders should note that if the merger goes ahead the Contracting Authority will change to Sovereign Housing Association. This merger process will take place using the amalgamation process set out in Section 109 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. The total scheme numbers, specification and indicative contract value represents Spectrum Housing Group's portfolio.
