Provision of Employee Counselling Services

This is a competitive procurement process for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74. Nottinghamshire County Council (the “Council”) wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Employee Counselling Services as they are committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees. Tenderers will provide face-to-face counselling services for NCC direct employees and external clients of the Nottinghamshire County Council’s Occupational Health Service, which would include schools and academies. The service provider must supply appropriate and suitable local accommodation for the delivery of this service which will normally be within the boundaries of the county of Nottinghamshire. Referrals will be management led and only offered where it can be evidenced that there is an issue impacting on an individual’s ability to attend, remain in and/or be productive at work. All staff providing counselling services as part of this contract must hold relevant and recognised BACP accredited qualification.
