Tender description

Construction of a new junction off the A379, Exeter Road - Dawlish, as per s278 & s38 agreements, with associated access road and car parking. Scheme to also include surface water drainage disposal to adopted sewer in accordance with South West Water requirements. All works are subject to completion of the required SWW application for a sewer requisition and/or the diversion of an existing sewer. Contractor to liaise with all statutory Consultees and utility providers to ensure that they adhere to and meet the required regulations.
