Tender description
The Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Single Use Pulse Lavage devices, consumables and related services. The Framework will provide a range of consumable products to include disposable pulse lavage devices, tubing, tips, nozzles and other products properly described as Pulse Lavage. The Framework Agreement will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. Lot 1 will be a Framework Agreement (via Direct Award) and Lot 2 a committed exercise for defined Trusts. Lot 2 is an exercise to award a call-off contract for a number of stated NHS Trusts with the ability thereafter to add additional beneficiaries on a direct award basis provided that those beneficiaries can meet the commitment terms and conditions required. The duration of Lot 1 will be 4 years maximum; 2 years initial period with the option of extending for up to 24 months. The duration of Lot 2 GPO committed will be 12 months. Lot 1 will be a Framework Agreement (via Direct Award) Terms and conditions / activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement Information This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Candidates wishing to be considered must register expressions of interest as follows: Register on the HTE portal at https://healthtrusteurope.bravosolution.co.uk. Login to the portal with username/password. Click the PQQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers link. These are the PQQs/ITTs open to any registered supplier. Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your My PQQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the PQQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. The Tender is to establish an Agreement for the supply of Single Use Pulse Lavage devices for authorities who have aggregated their spend and will contractually commit to purchase a specified volume. The Framework will provide a range of consumable products to include disposable pulse lavage devices, tubing, tips, nozzles and other products properly described as Pulse Lavage. The Agreement will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. Lot 2 being a committed exercise for defined Trusts being; The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust, The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Foundation trust, University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and HCA Healthcare UK. Each a ‘Participating Authority’ and together the ‘Participating Authorities’. Additional Beneficiaries may be added to the Agreement after commencement. Lot 2 shall be awarded to the successful tenderer(s) whose bids for Lot 2 are the most economically advantageous.
