Provision of a Management and Job Costing solution for Coastline Services Ltd Coastline Services is looking to procure a high quality Management and Job Costing solution at our head office that will provide the following capabilities:- • Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works • Procurement and Stock Management • Job Costing • Invoice Generation • Invoice Payment • Quotation Development • Timesheet Management • Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting There are the three elements of this one tender:- • The supply of the software and licensing • The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system • The on-going support contract It is intended that the support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years.
