Tender description

The extended primary care access hubs deliver extended primary care services in Lambeth covering 8:00 - 20:00, 7 days a week. The service is electronically linked to Lambeth GP registered lists with Information Sharing Agreements in place between the provider and the GP practices. The provider must be geographically based in Lambeth seeing only Lambeth patients. The service is to be integrated into Lambeth General Practice, being delivered from existing premises of Lambeth GP practices, with host practices providing reception support.
