Fire Sprinkler Systems for Sheltered Properties 2015-2016

Tender description

The sites are presently fully occupied and currently have NO sprinkler system installed. The works shall include but not limited to the following. The Contractor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery, off-loading, installation, testing and commissioning and setting to work of the system and equipment details below:  Undertake the role of a resident Liaison Officer (RLO) arranging access to the properties  Attending resident meeting as required  Installation of complete wet sprinkler system as detailed on the building plans provided to include all necessary pipework, sprinkler heads  Installation of all pipework connections from the fire booster set to the sprinkler pipework  Installation of cold water break tank, to include suitable base, overflow / warning pipework and all infill and delivery pipework  Installation of Fire / booster set  Installation of a suitable single phase electrical supply to the fire pump location from the landlords supply.  Installation of suitable fire alarm signal cable from the fire pump panel to the landlords fire alarm panel  Provision of
