Tender description

A fixed price tender is required for the works which are to be commenced in October 2016. The tender is based upon single staged traditional form based on specifications and drawings using the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract 2011. The works comprise refurbishment works to Northavon House, University of the West of England, Frenchay Campus. The works are to include; decoration, replacing flooring, replacing suspended ceilings, renewing the lighting, rewiring the data and small power.
