Tender description

Places for People Placemaking Ltd are seeking suitably qualified service providers who can deliver a series of regeneration, development and property management related services and supplies to form a Placemaking Hub which will be utilised and owned by Places for People Placemaking Ltd. It is intended that the Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by contracting authorities in the United Kingdom. Strategic Managed Services — services will be separated into Lots to include: housing, tenancy, leaseholder and private rented sector management, development advisory, digital infrastructure and SMART cities solution design and provision. Includes design and provision of cloud technology, analytics, mobile technology, social engagement/ collaboration, and digital infrastructure in the context of the built environment. General development & project management services including site identification, viability assessments, production of initial brief, operator selection & integration, and overseeing project delivery including programme,design development and planning consents. Delivery of, and giving advice in relation to, housing and tenancy services. Delivery of, and giving advice in relation to, leasehold and block management services. Delivery of, and giving advice in relation to, private rented sector management services.
