Provision of Project Manager for the delivery of offices on site in Lutterworth

Quotations are invited for the provision of a project manager to ensure the successful delivery of: a) Accommodation comprising Offices (B1a) with a net internal area measuring (25,000) sq ft with associated car parking, site infrastructure and balancing pond to serve the overall estate.. b) conclusion of negotiations regarding the specification and cost with the chosen contractor(s) that can deliver the schemes required by the Council. c) monitoring arrangements in place for post-contract operation and smooth transitional arrangements. The Project Manager’s role will concentrate on the specific project management, administration and delivery of the construction activity.
