Tender description
The STEP (Skills, Training and Employment Pathways) Project is an £8.7m (£2.8m for Leeds) 3 year programme that will provide tailored employability support for adults aged 25 years+ and furthest from the labour market across Leeds and Bradford. Acting as a bridge into work, this voluntary provision will offer a personalised support package to circa 4,236 long-term unemployed people in total (1,500 in Leeds) helping them to address any barriers impacting on their ability to find work, improve their skills and move into sustained employment.
