HS2 Ltd holds a quarterly forum for the Senior Leadership Team to share key business topics, hold discussions and development workshops. The next quarterly forum, being held on 5th December 2016 in Birmingham, aims to provide a better understanding of Service Design and demonstrate the approaches that can help HS2 deliver customer experience excellence for all. To ensure the aims set out below are achieved, HS2 Ltd wishes to procure the support of a Supplier to assist in the design, planning and facilitation of the forum. Further details on the requirements of the Supplier and key milestones associated with the forum are provided in the Statement of Requirements attached to this notice. Please note that the closing date for receipt of quotations is 12:00 hours on 9 November 2016.
